The location here is amazing, just a short walk from the harbor, city center, and town square, making it perfect for exploring the nearby park as well.

The hotel is fabulous and exceptionally comfortable, has superbly friendly staff especially John the manager who made us feel special. The suite is fantastic and has a private safe, a minibar, and central heating. The location is great and stunning, short walk to the onsite restaurant, the center and back and the piazzetta.
The bathrooms are a little cramped.

The accommodation was absolutely fabulous and exceptionally comfortable. the staff, especially John the manager, were super-friendly and made us feel special. the hotel is located in a beautiful location, close to the whole island and the Marina. It's an easy walk to a local park from the hotel.

I loved thef room with a wonderful view, the hotel's modern design, the staff which was always cordial and ready to help (my husband forgot his I-Pod at the room when we left and the driver went all the way to the marina to bring it to us). The hotel has a shuttle that goes to both the marina and the downtown. Great hotel!
The location is a little awkward between the marina and the downtown, but the hotel shuttle makes up for it.

The bedroom was amazing and well-designed. It also had a good view. the staff were amazing people, especially John the manager who made us feel special. It was a marvelous and stunning location close to the port, the main square in Capri, and green gardens.

The set up and outdoor space of the hotel was great and so was the restaurant with its fantastic breakfast. The spa was very nice and the shuttle service to the piazzetta was good.
The room was rather small for a 5 star and I guess tha the prices are over rated but that's Capri. Overall we loved it.

best staff especially john the manager who made us feel special, amazing and nice styled room. great facilities and exceptionally comfortable beds. stunning location convenient in relation to the port, in the beautiful area. fantastic food in the restaurants such as da paolino lemon trees, located 10 min away.

Excellent customer service, friendly caring staff. Chauffer and car to town when needed up to 11am. Nothing seemed too much trouble.
Spa was cold and sauna, however we didnt tell them we were going to use to so maybe need to give notice to spa staff. It didnt spoil our stay though. Spa area was immaculate.
