    The hotel is fabulous and exceptionally comfortable, has superbly friendly staff especially John the manager who made us feel special. The suite is fantastic and has a private safe, a minibar, and central heating. The location is great and stunning, short walk to the onsite restaurant, the center and back and the piazzetta.

    The bathrooms are a little cramped.

    A hidden gem that was really good! Complimentary shuttles, fine ocean views, and a lush garden create a serene atmosphere. The staff are friendly, attentive, and. Dining at ZIQÙ is a must, the Mediterranean cuisine will blow you away! Perfect for a relaxing retreat. Can't wait to return!

    The set up and outdoor space of the hotel was great and so was the restaurant with its fantastic breakfast. The spa was very nice and the shuttle service to the piazzetta was good.

    The room was rather small for a 5 star and I guess tha the prices are over rated but that's Capri. Overall we loved it.

    I loved thef room with a wonderful view, the hotel's modern design, the staff which was always cordial and ready to help (my husband forgot his I-Pod at the room when we left and the driver went all the way to the marina to bring it to us). The hotel has a shuttle that goes to both the marina and the downtown. Great hotel!

    The location is a little awkward between the marina and the downtown, but the hotel shuttle makes up for it.

    The views from our Prestige room were nothing short of amazing, capturing both the majestic mountains and serene ocean. Every morning, I sipped my espresso while gazing at the fine landscape from our large terrace. The really good service offered by the attentive staff, who catered to our every need, turned our stay into a lovely experience!

    Excellent customer service, friendly caring staff. Chauffer and car to town when needed up to 11am. Nothing seemed too much trouble.

    Spa was cold and sauna, however we didnt tell them we were going to use to so maybe need to give notice to spa staff. It didnt spoil our stay though. Spa area was immaculate.
